We are booked on this cruise which calls into Ravenna, a new destination for us. Anyone got any useful information on the town or the excursions offered? We usually prefer to do our own thing where possible.

Also planning on "doing our own thing" at most of the ports.

For Ravenna I have heard that it's a small town with some very nice churches and mosaics.

We have chosen to go on RAN0006A San Marino/Ravenna 8 hours £44.00 each. NO food though,so you'll have to sort lunch out.

Look forward to seeing you on board..........................I'll be the one who's "lost" her husband. I usually spend half the trip looking for him.;)

Nice to hear from you. We'd looked at that trip but decided we'd stay in Ravenna for the day never having been there. Hope to see you aboard!

Getting ready to leave the office now,look forward to seeing you too.

We're staying overnight in Southampton first travelling down from Manchester on Saturday.
