FOD meetings on P&O - you've got to ask

I recently sailed on P&Os Ventura. There was a Friends of Dorothy meeting, the first one I have ever seen on a P&O ship in around 20 cruises. It was publicised in the ships daily paper Horizon. I asked an entertainment officer what P&Os policy was. He said that it was not P&Os policy to organise meetings for special interest groups such as FOD, Freemasons etc as a matter of course, but they would do so if someone requested one. So if you are sailing with P&O and want a FOD meeting, ask the cruise director or one of his entertainment officers and they will oblige.
