Final Payment Confirmation

I had planned to check with my TA today to get confirmation from RCI that final payment was received. Early this morning I received an email from RCI that my Set Sail Pass was ready to print. Does this confirm that final payment was received? If so, saves me having to contact TA and saves her the hassle.
