Hi - anyone know about an express train from port to Rome that only takes 45 minutes and can be booked online? Thanks.

super easy. picked up tix at the station. there was a booth to the left of the train station entrance. there is only 1 train that leaves in the morning and only 1 return.

 

there wasn't any madness boarding like i read about the regular train. everyone had a seat and there were workers walking through the trains so i never felt unsafe. didn't see any gypsies. just alot of passed out cruisers.

 

they provide handy info about getting to the train station and touristy sights. i thought it was a good value.
