Meditterranean Celebrity Solstice 2012 cruise

Is there anyone out there who is taking the same cruise as my husband and myself and know anything about excursions? We embark on May 11,2012 in Barcelona and return there on May 23. We have only been on one cruise for 4 night and 3 days in the Bahamas years ago.....it's really like our first time cruise since the last one was for business.:D
