sue cubic Posted September 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2011 Do you really need to make reservations in advance of your cruise for AnyTime Dining? I was hoping for the "walk-in" flexibility that's available on NCL. Sue
rummenroman Posted September 15, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2011 No! You can do it a few different way: 1) Walk up and get a table much like a restaurant. There might be a wait involved. 2) Make a standing reservation. You can do this the first day on the ship or online. 3) Make a reservation for the next night. You can have your day planned out, and then make the reservation at any time you wish during normal service hours.
cruzin76 Posted September 15, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 15, 2011 It,s as flexible as NCL. your decision. Done it twice on RCI. Only waited once on RCI for 10 mins. 8:30 is a popular time middle cruise and on. Most people have found thier favorite waiters by this time. rncruiser Posted September 15, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 15, 2011 Just returned from Explorer. We did MTD. We ate at a different time each evening, never made a reservation, and never waited more than 1 minute to be seated. We had different wait staff 4 out of 5 nights, and they were all wonderful. wblynch Posted September 15, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 15, 2011 Is the My Time Dining seated in the Main Dining Rooms? Or alternative (less opulent) sites? Thanks, Bill
PantherFan Posted September 15, 2011 #6 Share Posted September 15, 2011 It is in the main dining rooms. Usually half of one floor (typically upper level)
