Wetsuit/Dive skin - Grand Cayman and Cozumel in November

Hi,

I was diving off Cozumel in January this year and was very comfortable in a 2mm shortie wetsuit. You might find if you are at any depth for more than a few minutes without a wetsuit you will probably feel the cold fairly quickly.

I wear my 3mm farmer john's and the wife wears a shortie ... we're from Florida

In Jan/Feb in Cayman I add the top to the FJ's usually, and the wife switches to a full 3mm.

but I ALWAYS wear at least my FJ's, but the wife will wear a skin in the summer (in Cayman)

been going since 1984 or so ... week long trips to Sunset House or Brac Reef plus work and cruise visits.

We just came back from Cozumel diving and my husband and I each had a 2mm shortie. I was plenty warm and I am cold natured! A full skin would also do quite well. We are from Fla and use to warmer water.

Hope this helps!

Diane
