Toddler-friendly excursions?

Can anyone recommend an interesting, toddler friendly excursion?

 

Our son will be 22 months when we sail and we'd like to do something in the AM such as a dolphin encounter. Everything offered by the cruise line has age or height restrictions that he does not meet. We'd rather avoid the day-long beach breaks as we'd like to be back at the ship for lunch and nap time.

I would love to know the same thing. We visit 4 ports on our cruise and really don't want to do 4 beach days.
