Mobility problems because of MS

I have MS and have trouble walking distances. I have been to Key West three occasions in better times. I really enjoy visiting Key West and remember seeing "Electric Cars" around the town. Are these available to rent for the day? And if possible could you answer the following questions:

Where would you pick them up?

Where do you park?

Cost?

Thank you in advance

Let me answer with an alternative, Island Mobility...

http://www.islandcomfortmobility.com/

There is no parking restrictions and you can ride them on the sidewalk. This is on the web page...

Conveniently located on Eaton Street, just off the corner of famous Duval. Approximately 2 blocks from the Cruise Ship Port.
