Hi- yes, in the Internet/computer cafe/lounge you can print your boarding pass. There will be a charge for computer time and printing per page. You do not have to buy 50 minutes or such but can pay per minute.

 

If you are planning on using the computers for other activities, it is better to buy the minute packages.

Yes, they have a computer center but you will be charged a fee for use. You can buy a package at the beginning of the cruise or, if you only want to print boarding passes you can pay by the minute to do that. If you are elite with Celebrity you will have a coupon for a certain number of minutes free.
