When dining at a specialty venue, do you add on a tip to the $40.00 per person cost? I have in the past but not sure what everyone else does.

Yes, we do because the service is usually very good.

The $40.00 is considered the tip but as the previous poster says the service is usually so good you may want to add a few dollars...
