Shuttle from Orlando to Port Canaveral

Does anyone know the cheapest way to get from Orlando International to Port Canaveral to catch our cruise ship, Royal Caribbean? I initally was going to purchase a transfer but the agent advised that there was no way to assure us that we would make it to the ship on time or back to the airport after our cruise. We are arriving @ 12:30, ship leaves at 4:30 and we fly out at 12:15 and the ship docks at 7am.

I agree with the rental car suggestion.

 

In the recent past, I haven't had to pay a drop fee in the state of Florida.

 

Also, check to see if the car rental drop off has a shuttle from there to the cruiseport.

Thanks, we were hoping to get a shuttle and let them do the driving for a reasonable rate. Since Orlando international is such an active airport I was hoping that there would be alot of shuttles available to choose from. Most times they are just seating their waiting for flights to come in and they attempt to get passengers.
