OK so I filled out an ES request on Jan 30th got an email back today that it was denied. The reason was that the Florida Resident rate expired the 28th however I know I checked the price right before I submitted it and it was still on their website. I was told there was nothing they can do. I am aggravated because I know what I saw and when. It is onyl a total of $30 so its not like it was a alot of money. I'm just angry, I also called that night and the person i spoke to saw it too. What next?
