MandynJim Posted February 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2012 OK so I filled out an ES request on Jan 30th got an email back today that it was denied. The reason was that the Florida Resident rate expired the 28th however I know I checked the price right before I submitted it and it was still on their website. I was told there was nothing they can do. I am aggravated because I know what I saw and when. It is onyl a total of $30 so its not like it was a alot of money. I'm just angry, I also called that night and the person i spoke to saw it too. What next?
Irishlinny Posted February 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2012 If you took a screen shot of it (which I always do now) you can try sending that to them and see if it helps...
tracyanns Posted February 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 6, 2012 If you didn't take a screen shot or print it out there probably isn't anything that they can do. If it isn't there any more it is gone...hopefully you will get another chance to do one in the future!

klmorg Posted February 6, 2012 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I always take a screenshot as well, and email it to myself, so I have the date & time, etc. I have never had any problems though, after using the price drop claim thing quite a few times. maldenmusic Posted February 6, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I had one denied last year-I can't remember the reason but I thought I was in the right. i kept emailing them and finally they just gave it to me. Maybe they were tired of hearing from me :D
