we are booked on the ncl pearl out of miami on nov 4th. we payed 399 a person on deck 4. well I found the same price on a differant website then the one we booked for rooms on deck 10. Is there a way to get our rooms moved to deck 10 from deck 4 and still get the same rate. we havent paid in full yet just payed a deposit for each room. (rooms on deck 10 are more money on the website we originally booked from) thanks so much for the input

well, you can call your original internet agent and ask...maybe they can get you that rate.

If they cannot, find out if the original Internet agent chargeS a cancelation fee.

If so, it the change in location worth the cancelation fee?

If they do not charge a cancelation and if you are comfortable with the other Internet agency, you could just cancel and rebook with the new Internet agent...that agency may be getting a group rate.
