What time is the drill on the Summit sailing 2/18/12?

If you still consider it a drill,most often they will take place about an hour prior to sailing.On our last cruise on silhouette they brought us to the theater for a brief talk,not to the life boats like were use to doing.We didn't even have to put on our life vests.

What time is the drill on the Summit sailing 2/18/12?

Last March the drill was at 5:15 and the Summit left San Juan at 8:30.
