Fairydust312 Posted February 9, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2012 On NCL's Haven website (thehaven.ncl.com), it states the following: "Freestyle Cruising® begins the moment you book your vacation. Our Elite Pre-Cruise Concierge will arrange your dining, spa and entertainment requests before you even set sail." Then it says, "Click Here," which is a link to sign in to review your cruise reservation on NCL's main website. Once logged in, there is a button for "Dining" but it is inactive. Does that button activate at some point prior to sailing? I always thought dining and spa reservations couldn't be made until on board, but this is making me think reservations can be made in advance. Anybody know what the "Elite Pre-Cruise Concierge" is or does? In case it matters, we're sailing on the Pearl. Thanks in advance!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

suzequ Posted February 9, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Currently, dining can only be booked ahead of time on the Epic. This may change (NCL evidently experimented late last year with the concierge calling and taking advance reservations for some services), but then all this stuff changes constantly. The concierge has never had any trouble getting reservations for us at teh restaurant we want, at about the time we want. We are in a DOS in a couple of weeks, but live overseas, so we won't get the courtesy call others have indicated they received. Is there a way for us to contact them?
