Embarkation time to arrive at check-in

We leave in 4 days on the Conquest out of New Orleans! I just printed my boarding pass, and it says Embarkation 12:00-2:30, and in the cruise information docs it says not to arrive more than 30 minutes before embarkation time to avoid long waits. I was planning on arriving around 10:00-10:30, and parking at the Erato St pier parking garage. Will I be able to start the check-in process at that time, or do I need to wait until noon? Thanks!
