Hi,

Not first time cruisers but first time in med, does anyone know how easy it will be to join the hoho bus tour from the cruise ship? Have looked at their website but can't find anything apart from you can join the bus at any of it stops?? How easy would it be to get to Valencia on our own rather than join one of P&O tours? Thanks in advance,

Take the port shuttle which stops outside the ship. It will leave you at the Statue of Colon (Columbus) at the foot of the Ramblas. The Hoho buses also stop there so it is easy to pick one up.

Not sure if you are asking about Barcelona - if so the free P & O shuttle bus drops you a few yards from the HOHO bus stop where you can pay and jump on the bus and it will take you around the city. There are 3 routes, red, blue and green, all interchangeable Google search and you will find more info about the routes. If I remember correctly the P & O shuttle drops you at the World Trade Centre and you can easily see the HOHO buses pulling in.

Regarding Valencia, you will need the shuttle to get you into town and again if I remember correctly, you are dropped off near the Bull Ring which is central for looking around shops, museums etc. Valencia is famous for paella so its well worth a try there.

P & O do not charge for shuttles and you can join them outside the ship at a time convenient to you.
