Has anyone ever lost their Carnival voucher for casino cash?

Just wondering if anyone had ever lost their voucher for the casino cash. We called Carnival and they said you can just show your ID to the casino host but I know the voucher said you needed to have the voucher to get the cash. Just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

We just go to the casino cashier, she scans our sail & sign card and gives us the cash.

Just got back on Sat. Just show sail & sign and picture id. They say thanks and give you cash.
