jingles29 Posted February 21, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Hi we are going on The Spirit in April and have booked deck 3/4 inside. My question is are many of these cabins parallel beds or L shaped as i am hoping to put beds together. Might just pre book my cabin just to be sure :)
goonersue Posted February 21, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2012 If you look on the Thomson site, with the ship layouts, you will see what shape the beds are. A deck/Main deck seem to be 3/4. Not sure about the Spirit, but we have stayed on the Destiny with 2 single beds, and there was no way you could put them together. It may be better to pick the T/A brains, and book one so that you know what you are getting. Sue
kruzseeka Posted February 21, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Sue is right - there is no way you can put beds together even if they are the parallel arrangement as there is a fixed chest of drawers between them.
jingles29 Posted February 21, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted February 21, 2012 That's disappointing, when we stayed on The Destiny the cabin steward was able to put them together for us :( oh will have a look and see if there are any double beds lol. Rebecca 18 Posted February 21, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Hi..... We have cruised on the Spirit 3 times. We always book cabin 815. Ok it's on deck 1...but it's midship has a double bed and is a lot larger than most inside cabins and only one wall is next to another cabin. Great cabin!
