Since you not only want an upgrade, but want a specific balcony category, it might be best to check the current rates and see if paying for the upgrade is feasible. If the number of solid bookings plus balcony gauranty was equal to the number of balconies then it owuld be closed out but. Say there were 20 showing and there were 19 gauranties they would still try to sell any of the 20 at full price (and close out the category) but if not then when the assign the gauranties there would only be one left as an upgrade option so the odds would be long against it.
