Advice on excursion time

We will be in Grand Cayman in June on the Disney Fantasy. We are going to book tennis for my son at the Ritz Carlton. We arrive in Grand Cayman at 10:45 am. If things are like normal, the cruisers with excursions booked through Disney will get priority to tender first. The Ritz Carlton is located at the Seven Mile Beach area. The Fantasy is there until 4:45. His lesson will take one hour. I'm thinking time for the initial tender traffic to lighten, time to get a taxi or bus, travel time, lesson time, travel time back, and tender time back before they get too busy.

 

Here is my question (yes, it sounds like algebra;)): what time should we try to book his tennis time?

 

I thought 1:00 ish. Disney changes its clocks to match the port.

 

Any input would be greatly appreciated. We normally just shop and hang out in Grand Cayman. This year, DS decided he wanted to do something different. Thanks.

1-ish should be fine.... there is a bus right outside the port area...$2.50 pp...easy! It only takes about 8 mins. to get to the very far side of 7 Mile Beach.

Thanks. I had someone on another site tell me that I should just skip it altogether. I knew it could be done. I really didn't want to break my 8 year old's heart. I am going to email the tennis pro tomorrow to check on cancellation stuff in the event we can't tender, but I wanted to have a time in mind.
