emerald beach review

thanks so much for the tip to visit emerald beach best western. A taxi was $7 per person. It was a very relaxing way to spend the day away from crowds. We are two families with 3 teen aged girls and one preteen boy. they had snorkel equipment, paddle boats and kayaks for rent. they had nice charis to rent. $7 for chair and $10 incudes chair and unbrella. but we had shade from a large tree. It was calm water and pretty sand. the best western had a nice bar, pool and outdoor restaurant. Easy to get a cab back. It was near the airport. I woud highly recommend it. we have been to megans bay before and didnt want to deal with all of the croweds. we left early and hit the shops.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed Emerald Beach Best Western. We're thinking of going there. Were you allowed to use the pool or just the beach area?
