Half Day in Seward - Kayak?

My husband and I have a half day in Seward. We arrive around 11:05 am and want to get on the cruise ship around 5ish pm. Is it possible for us to kayak in this time frame? Any suggestions on outfits or companies? Thanks in advance!

The only kayak trips you are going to get are the bay trips which aren't the best.

 

You are arriving by train, same day as the cruise, was kayaking all that you were interested in?? If so, those probably would be ok for you to spend your time at??
