Go to the Celebrity website, choose "My Celebrity" and go through the steps to enter your reservation (unless you booked directly with Celebrity in which case it should already be there). Once your reservation number is in you should be able to go to "Manage My Reservation" and then see the Shore Excursions available for your cruise.

If you go to roll calls and have one for your cruise, you can save a lot of cash by joining others on private tours that mimic the X ones. Better tours and no crowded buses.
