Alaskan Dream Cruise

We are booked on an Alaskan Dream Cruise, on the Admiralty Dream, leaving Sitka AK on 6/2. Does anyone have experience with this cruise? We are first time cruisers.

I don't know about this cruiseline but I DO know that I've never had enough time in Sitka ~ have been there via cruise ship, via motorhome on the Marine Hwy and via car on the Marine Hwy so I've been able to make sure we're there for three and four days.

The Russian History is abundant.

I discovered the Pioneer Home on my own and I LOVE to go there and visit with people who really started out in AK with "nothing." They have so much to tell one about.............I had a royal tour of their greenhouse the first time I discovered the PH on a walk.

I view Sitka as a "Baby Seattle"..........I felt as if I was home, right there on the water and only ONCE in the rain!

Go early and spend some time in the parks and activity areas.;)
