Question on Embarkation and Alcohol Amounts

whimsical

Recommended Posts

Hello! We are leaving tomorrow and so excited!!! The carnival policy states:

"However, fine wine or champagne may be brought on board only during embarkation at the beginning of the cruise."

Does this mean 1 bottle per person or one bottle per room? My husband prefers wine, I prefer Champaigne, so if it is only one bottle, we are gonna have to compromise

I really appreciate your time to answer! Thank you in advance!!! :D

If you pack it in your checked luggage, there should be no problem. Just make sure it's wrapped and in between clothes so it won't get broken.

If you choose to put it in your carry on, just put one bottle in each carry on, they will never know if you are together or not. There will be lots of people being pushed through that line.
