YES!!! I checked in for both us and my mum and step-dad. And for both of the cruises I had every thing all done. I went through the very last part where you submit, and all 4 times I checked in some bodies 'travel/passport' info said it was incomplete.... Ugh!! It finally worked. Not after a few cuss words though!!

Each cabin has a deck of cards and as the crawlers arrive they pick a card and then host cabin writes down their pick on the scorecard.

The host cabin can also participate, and sometimes they decorate or offer up some refreshments of some sort...maybe something from their hometown.

At the end,we tally up the scorecards and find the winning hands.

There will be 1st place,70%, 2nd place,20% and 3rd place 10%...also a

"boobie" prize for the worst hand ;0)

Is anyone else, especially my fellow Canadians, having trouble filling out checkin on the Carnival site?? I have been trying for days and it won't let me enter certain info and then keeps resetting !!

1 Week until we board !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I woke up this morning expecting to look out the window and see PALM TREES !! Instead I once again saw my husband rushing out into the cold to work hard all day long to give people back heat in their homes. I just can't wait for him to feel the warmth and sun for 17 days.

Breezes in Nassau ..http://www.breezes.com/resorts/breezes-bahamas# they gave us, thanks to juli, a discounted rate of $40 pp since we will have a limited time there. A normal day pass ($65) allows you in from 10am to 6pm. This is what is included...

 

Our super- inclusive rates include:

 

• breakfast & lunch in a tropical terrace buffet setting

• pool bar & lobby bar – serving premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• several fresh water pools that all flow into one another, towels

Breezes in Nassau ..http://www.breezes.com/resorts/breezes-bahamas# they gave us, thanks to juli, a discounted rate of $40 pp since we will have a limited time there. A normal day pass ($65) allows you in from 10am to 6pm. This is what is included...

 

Our super- inclusive rates include:

 

• breakfast & lunch in a tropical terrace buffet setting

• pool bar & lobby bar – serving premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• several fresh water pools that all flow into one another, towels

Hi all!

 

I'm coming over from the Freedom 2/8 roll call to ask a B2B question - We are doing our first B2B...unfortunately, not both of them with all of you on Carnival - the first leg is on the Bahamas Celebration 2/6-2/8...right, never heard of it, I know - look at it as educating our friends. They booked this "free" cruise while we were trying to convince them to come on Carnival with us, and then having superior intelligence, we caved in and are going with them! But on the upside, they are then coming on the 2/8 Freedom with us.

 

We need some advice from experienced B2B cruisers: is there anywhere in/near Fort Lauderdale where you can have your purchases from the first cruise held while you go on the second one? Like souvenirs, alcohol and cigarettes? I'm not finding any useful info on internet searches and no relatives or friends in the area. We have a daughter getting married in September and would like to bring home our alcohol limit on both cruises to put a small dent in that budget. Being that we will be in USVI, the limit is 5L/pp...right?We're up for any helpful ideas!

 

Definitely a bit nippy here in Wisconsin and our guys are way past ready to leave...while we finish the planning and packing. We officially declared that the weather is BAD when the farmer who comes to dig you out with his tractor, and the snowplow both get stuck in your driveway!

Each cabin has a deck of cards and as the crawlers arrive they pick a card and then host cabin writes down their pick on the scorecard.

I don't know of any place that would hold your items for you but maybe some of your 2d leg travel companions from the roll call will let you leave items in their car if they drove. Also, if you board sealed liquor, I believe Carnival will hold on to it for you and return it at the end of the cruise.
