Yes, the CL is on deck 10, port side, just forward of the centrum.

The Concierge Lounge is always (so far) open to suite passengers, Diamond Plus passengers and Pinnacle Club passengers.

on the Brilliance the CL is so tiny there is never enough space so they open the Hollywood lounge on deck 13 for the others who don't fit on deck 10. This by the way will also be the new venue for the CL after the refit. Personally I find the venue on deck 13 much nicer.
