Radiance menus

Does anyone have the menus for the MDR for the northbound Alaska cruise on the Radiance. Specifically the order of the nights. Thanks in advance.

 

This was something I had planned to have, but our cruise was cut short (long story)

 

We left the ship on day 5 and didn't have a chance to get that day's menu. These are the entree selections for nights 1 -4 of the northbound cruise.

 

Entrees offered in the Main dining room of Radiance of the Seas 5/11/12 Northbound:

 

Day 1:

Chef Recommend: Pan Friend Pork Medallions in Savory Forrest Mushroom Ragout

Wild Mushroom Linguini Alfredo

Pan Seared Catch of the Day Served atop green lentils, green beans, and snow peas

Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Grilled Mediterranean Quesadilla (Monterey Jack Cheese and vegetables)

Aloo Gobi Methi Fenugreek Flavored Potato and Cauliflower curry

 

 

 

 

Day2:

Check Recommend: Filet of Beef

Shrimp Ravioli

Grilled Seafood Brochette (Monkfish, scallops, and shrimp kebab

Roasted Duck

Sautéed Seasonal Mushrooms in Blue Cheese Sauce and Bohemian dumpling

Potato Curry

 

 

 

Day 3:

Chef Recommend: Venison Stufado. Braised in rich burgundy and shallot sauce with Spinach dumplings and cranberry sauce

Spiral Pasta tossed in a smoked trout and brandy sauce

Fresh Alaska Catch of the Day baked on a cedar plank

Shischimi Chicken Schnitzel Chicken marinated in Japense seven spice mixed served with Wasabi Mash, Barlic Broccoli, soy braised corn on the cob and Mirin infused Mayo.

Begtarin Bami Goreng (Indonesian) Garlic, chili, and green onions combined with fresh vegtables.

Brinjal Bhajee (Indian) Pureed eggplant curry served with chili and basmati rice.

 

Day 4:

Italian Night

Chef Recommend: Lamb Shank with Rosemary Lamb shank flavored with hint of rosemary and served with oven roasted veggies and garlic mashed potatoes

 

Rigatoni Pasta

spicy chorizo sausage bell peppers grilled corn served with basil tomato sauce

Garlic tiger shrimp

sauteed in garlic butter with season veggies

chicken Marsala

Eggplant and Roma Tomato bake: Smothered in mozzeralla cheese with basil balsamic syrup drizzle

Kaju Paneer Dhansak

Paneer, Fenugreek, tarka dal and pineapple curry served with basmati rice

 

 

 

Day 5:

Sorry, we left the ship :-(

 

I'm sure someone else can point you to the standard last night and standard 2nd formal night menus (nights 6 and 7). The only unknown would be night 5
