Fishing for kids in any Alaskan ports

My older kids always want to fish everywhere we go lately. Does anyone know if any of the Alaskan ports (Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway) have any places where kids can fish for small fry like trout or other species you can readily catch with light tackle? I'm not interested in chartering any major expeditions or going for anything big, just something simple and within walking distance. I could have sworn I saw some kids fishing for trout near the Ketchikan fish hatchery. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks.

We are cruising in 3 weeks.

I was watching my videos from my last Alaskan trip. Here is a video taken at the City Park right by the Ketchikan hatchery showing a boy catching a small trout in the creek there:

So that answers my own question. :)
