Did you have to request those or did DCL just send them out? And do they just send them out to kids?

This was not done through DCL - that would be awesome though and I bet people would pay :) I had someone who sailed recently do this for me.

 

DCL does have the phone calls - and they are neat as well but there is something about a postcard

 

I am cruising Sept 1, and will pick up as many postcards as I can so I can pay it forward

Yep, Although they were mailed from the State, not Castaway - as I asked after she had already brought some post cards home.
