I searched this forum and got some unexpected (and older) reviews, so figured I would repost.

 

The Haines Eagle Preserve Float Adventure & Lynn Fjords Cruise & The Haines Eagle Preserve Wildlife RIver Adventure Cruises I had expected to book for our August cruise got pretty much a thumbs down, which I hadn't expected. They are on the pricier side (for us) @ $210 pp (x3). The time of year notwithstanding for wildlife viewing, IS IT WORTH IT to book this tour for the scenery alone? The pix look beautiful.

 

Timing wise it would have been great to tour the town earlier in the day and head over to our excursion after lunch, since we have such a long port day.

 

The other option I had chosen was a Rainforest by Bicycle Tour @ 8 am, followed by the Chilkoot Hike & Float at 1230?
