Help Choosing Intinerary

We took advantage of the putting down a deposit on our next cruise when we sailed on the Spirit in March. I know everyone has an opinion on what their favorite itinerary is, but we want to know pluses and minuses of cruises of the Caribbean. We love the beaches and warm weather and just getting away from Northern Wisconsin in the winter. Thanks for all of your help in helping us decide.

You really can't go wrong with either the Eastern or Western itinerary. We've done them both, and love them both. Highlights of the western, in my mind, is a day on amazing Roatan.

 

What kinds of things do you like? If you like Mayan ruins, you'll go western. If you want Mexican vanilla, you'll go western. If you want to play in the water at the end of a busy runway and watch the planes come in, you'll go eastern. It all depends what you're into.

We loved the Eastern Caribbean, especially visiting "The Baths" on Virgin Gorda (Excursion from Tortola, BVI) - Amazing Rock Formations, Grottos to explore, Great Snorkeling, Beautiful warm and clear water, Gorgeous Beach after a trek thru the "Boulders". It looks like the Pearl will be stopping at Tortola on a few Cruises. Seriously, Google "The Baths" to check it out :)
