Hi Marcy,

 

Azamara wil probably not respond to issues such as this, on our Forum. I suggest contacting Le Club Voyage at 1-888-532-5828 (1-888-LECLUBV). If they cannot assist, I'm sure they will put you in contact with their IT Team.
