Best duty free destinations

Soon to be cruising on Splendida leaving Barcelona 8th July visiting Tunisia, Malta, Sicicly, Rome and Genoa.

Wondering what are the bext places locations for duty free escpecially perfumes and cigarettes.

Is the duty free on the Splendida good value for money or are the various ports better for prices and variety

I would suggest on board ship. Duty Free Port Shops in EU countries are not widespread.

We sailed this itinerary last year and my advice, go for the ship's duty free shops. They have good offers on perfumes and their cigarette sale is very cheap, 400 cigs for under EUR 50, different brands. Look out for special offers as well:)
