Another Transportation Question

I'm patching together transportation for my cruise in December. Flying into FLL, staying in South Beach (SAS Transportation), Hotel to POM (Taxi), POM to Riverside hotel (?????) and Riverside hotel back to FLL (hotel transport).

 

No shuttles will go more than 3 miles beyond FLL on a Saturday to take us from POM to the Riverside. I've requested estimates from a number of limo companies I found on CC.

 

Any other suggestions?

You might also look into a one-way rental dropping at FLL -- both Hertz and Avis have downtown locations close to POM. Good luck! :)
