NCL Gem - Who To Contact - Mom's Birthday Party

Hey fellow cruisers!

My family and I are departing on the NCL Gem on July 28th, we are going because my mother will be turning 50 on the ship.

 

I am trying to find out who to contact to try and see if we could potentially reserve an area on the ship for an hour or so to celebrate.

 

I was not sure who to contact to inquire about something such as this, whether it be group reservations, etc. I called the regular reservation line and they were unfortunately no help.

 

We have a group of 10 right now but will probably be adding more people before we sail July 28th.

 

Would any of you know who I should contact to set something such as this up? Would it be the hotel director of the ship, group reservations, etc?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Once you are on board, go to the Guest Services in the lobby of the ship (Deck 7 mid ship), they will be able to help you. Prior to your cruise you mind want to call Customer Relations in Miami at 1-866-625-1164.

You may want to contact the group event coordinator on the Gem. This is the same person/department that arranges the meet and greet for the cruise critic people. I believe that the e-mail address is groupeventgem@ncl.com
