A few questions about New Orleans Port

I have a few questions about the New Orleans Port, thx in advance.

 

1. About what time do they start letting you on the ship?

 

2. Can you park in the port parking garage before the cruise before you gets off the ship or do you have to wait until the garage is clear?

 

This is my second time on the Elation but the first time we left from Mobile.

1. About what time do they start letting you on the ship? Around 11am - depends on whether there are any issues with the disembarkation of the previous cruise

 

2. Can you park in the port parking garage before the cruise before you gets off the ship or do you have to wait until the garage is clear? We had no problem as long as the lot(s) aren't full

 

This is my second time on the Elation but the first time we left from Mobile.

What time did you get to the port? How was the line?

We had gotten to the port about 10:30-ish - assigned Zone 4 for boarding. We were in line for the Mongolian Grill about 11:20!!
