Balconys on Jewel of the Seas

We have been in cabin 1056 on 10 in Feb and also in June. It is a D1 and the first cabin next to the elevators--you go right up the stairs to the Windjammer--very large balcony and very convenient. We love the location--also very convenient to the Concierge Lounge.

Did I hear someone say that we can open up all of these balconys with some sort of key? My sister and brother are in the other two and we have a large group with us. This would be great for a pary if we can. also ,can you close them back or at least shut the door once open? It may be a little tooo much family time after 8 days.

we will be in 1056 on the Jewel very soon. Was they balcony dark? Any info greatly appreciated

We are going to be in 7592. According to the deck plans we are on the front corner of the hump...does that mean our balcony is slighty larger?

I was just told by a TA that all E3's were obstructed views-we are looking to book on deck 7-can anyone tell me if this is true? Thanks

We just came off of the New Years Eve Jewel cruise and had Rm 8088 on the front of the hump by the elevators. It was a great cabin....central to everything, right next to the International Lounge and the balcony was HUGE....had 2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table.....You would love it !!!
