Can I upgrade after booking es?

I booked an interior stateroom months ago for our upcoming cruise using the es rate. Can I upgrade to an ocean view using the 72 hour sale rate? The price is good, and I would like to surprise my family. Thanks!!

sure, just pay the difference. cant downgrade but they seem more than willing to take your money and let you upgrade to your hearts content.

 

Just to add .. Im sure you realize it.. but you will still be ES. once ES always ES. still nonrefundable deposit etc.

Yes, you can price match to anyrate ..or upgrade to another rate, you just are still ES.

 

Just pay the difference. Call whomever you booked with... should be a piece of cake. If you booked thru Carnival you should be able to call the 24 hour toll free number, though since its not a new booking they get credit for, some reps will try and push you off and you have to call back.
