future cruise certificate question

We just booked a last minute 3 day cruise for next weekend on the Monarch. We are frequent floaters.. but this is the first time we have used a future cruise cert. :p

 

A few questions:

 

are they still requiring us to mail the cert in? (thats the instructions on the cert, but it seems like they redeemed it electronically)

 

Also, how do we know if the OBC was applied? Is there a way to check it online, or does it just show up on our bill??? I forgot whether it is $25 per person OBC or per stateroom.

It can be redeemed electronically. My TA might have had us scan it in, but that might've been the Friends and Family cert. I know I didn't mail anything in when we used a next cruise.

 

As for the OBC, it should show on your booking confirmation... on our Freedom cruise our OBC shows as "AD16-$100 ONBRDCR". Something similar for the $25 credit should show on yours.
