Gym/Spa Activities on a S-Class Transatlantic

I am travelling on my first Transatlantic cruise in December on the Silhouette. Can those of you who have travelled on a S Class ship Transatlantic give me an idea of what kind of gym/spa activities are offered on this type of cruise given the many sea days? Thanks!

It won't vary much from a regular cruise other than you can access everything easier because there are so many sea days. The spa offerings will be the same and the things in the will also be the same. The only problem will be things will be much more crowded because everyone is on the ship full time for many days.
