Seals/Penguins in SA

Hello Everybody:

 

My wife and I are taking a 48 day SA cruise in Feb/2013 ( LA to NYC) and we would like to know which is the best spot to see penguins and seals. We are not going to the Falklands. We are not fanatics so really only want one spot to see them. We only have a one day stop at all the key ports. Any advice would be appreciated.
