Tour guide Egypt

No, but we used another guide in Alexandria - found him on the internet. Can't remember how. Picked us up from the cruise dock in a nice car with a driver as well. We did the sights and then he took us to an old hotel with 1920s decor and pictures of the Egyptian royal family all round the walls. It was a stunning end to a lovely day. For me, far better than a horrible coach with 50 others :-)

After reading all of the wonderful reviews here on CC and research we decided to book with Ramsestours.com

I agree that private tour will be much better. That's why we're trying to find out a bit about this tour operator before we commit to using him.
