Cruise director Avalon

We have received our information for our Avalon Danube River Cruise. I see our cruise director is Isabel Heimann. Anyone been on a cruise with her as cruise director. Just interested. :)

She is a lovely lady. She is German and is efficient. We were on the maiden voyage of the Artistry with her. When we got to Rotterdam, the lock was broken so she had busses pick us up so that we would not miss any of our tour. That afternoon she joined us to watch our wonderful captain take the ship through a small lock with room to spare!

We were fortunate enough to have Isabel as our cruise director on the Affinity in April. She is just wonderful. She is very efficient, but also friendly. We really enjoyed talking with her, she has so much information to share. I think you are in very capable hands!
