Homewood Suites Blue Lagoon or Hilton Downtown

We will be flying in to Miami on a Sunday. We need to make a reservation at one of the 2 hotels above. We will only be there one night & will be heading out on Carnival Monday.

 

Our flight will arrive late afternoon. Which hotel would be our best option? What is our best mode of transportation from airport to hotel, hotel to port, & then port to hotel (assuming taxi?).

I would take a taxi in all three cases. Think it's the easiest all the way around.

 

For one night I would probably just go with the Hilton.

Hands down Hilton Downtown.

 

Easiest way is by taxi about $30-$35 to the hotel and $10-12 to the port next morning before tip.
