Coffee on Solstice Class ships

Last year I cruised on the Equinox and had an amazing experience, my only complaint was the coffee. As an Australian I couldn't take to the taste of the coffee.

 

Has anyone else had the same experience?

 

I am sailing with Celebrity again in a few months and intend taking my own coffee and ordering just hot water.

Other cruisers have done the same thing, bring your own.

 

I do no like the coffee in the buffet but love the expresso based coffee in the Cafe Bacio.

The coffee in the Aqua Spa Cafe tastes better then the ones served in the dining room or the buffet.
