Yes, they can be arranged through your TA. The cruise lines put out a list of dates for TA ship inspections and luncheons onboard and they are usually allowed to bring one guest. My TA said she tries to take group leaders or potential group leaders. The TA has to rsvp and provide the ID information for themselves and their guest.

 

Our TA took me on a ship inspection when I was putting together a family reunion. It was really helpful when other family members had questions about the different categories and differences in location. The TA preferred to only have to deal with one person from the group rather than have all 40 people calling her.
