Specialty restaurants on Equinox questions

Yes, they have taken Steak Diane off the menu a few years back. We did give them 24 hours notice, and they prepared it for us on Equinox a week or so ago on our TA. It was much better than the filet they normally serve.

 

GUess I'm going to have to take another cruise just to get the Steak Diane...(a $6000 meal....ports included)
